The questions we think you might ask.
If yours isn’t here, drop us an email - we’ll answer and add it.
1 February 2027.
We’ll need final numbers for the venue and our planner by then.
Earlier is better — head to the RSVP page to let us know.
Wedding (Friday): formal. Think linen suits, summer dresses, anything that won’t wilt in 26°C+. It goes without saying, we’d ask everyone to avoid pure white for the day (any shade) — anything else goes.
Ladies - it's a garden venue, so we highly recommend chunky heels, wedges or flat sandals. Nobody wants grassy stained stilettos!
Welcome drinks (Thursday): holiday casual.
BBQ (Saturday): whatever’s clean. Think relaxed beach bbq vibes.
We understand that since it is a destination wedding, our guests will likely arrive with their families.
Children who are invited, will be on the household invitation. If yours does not specify children, please speak with us and we'll discuss with you!
If your invitation is addressed to you and a partner, yes.
If it’s just to you — sorry, but no. We’re going for cosy wedding vibes, and hope to share the day with our nearest and dearest.
If you’re unsure, speak with Alex or Kimberley — they’d rather sort it now than at the gate.
Honestly? No. The roads are narrow, often unmarked, and you’ll want to drink. We’ve arranged free shuttles to and from the venue on Friday. If you wish to leave at a different time, there will be taxis you can order.
If you want to explore the rest of the island, hire a car for a day or two — but you won’t need one for the wedding itself.
We recommend that you arrive by Thursday, leave anytime from Sunday. Welcome drinks Thursday at 19:00, Wedding at 15:00 on Friday, BBQ Saturday from 18:00 — anything else is a bonus!
If you can stay longer, do! The island is at its quietest late September and swimming in the sea is at its best.
Mid to late-September is ~25°C in the day, ~18°C in the evening. Bright sun, almost no rain (fingers crossed!), water is warm enough to swim. Bring a light layer for the evenings and sunscreen for the day. We'll provide fans to keep you cool on the day!
Your presence is the gift — really. We’ve been living together for the past year and have all the kitchenware we could ever fit!
Really though, we extremely appreciate you travelling all the way to Greece to celebrate with us. That's a huge gift itself.
Greece uses the euro (€). Cards are widely accepted at the hotel and most restaurants, but our venue operates a cash bar. While we endeavor to keep you well hydrated at the venue, you may wish to purchase separate drinks to your taste.
To be confirmed!
14:30 shuttles depart hotel. 15:00 arrival. 15:30 ceremony. 16:00 group photos. 16:30 cocktail hour. 18:00 speeches. 18:30 dinner with the sunset. 21:00 dancing. 01:00 shuttles home. Stragglers welcome at the hotel bar until they kick us out.
Yes, please! We'll have a QR code you can scan and add your pictures to. We'll pull them into a shared album.
One small ask: please keep phones away during the ceremony — the photographer’s got it covered, and we want to see your faces, not your screens.
Yes — the main terrace has both steps and slopes. There’s an accessible bathroom on top and bottom floor of the venue. The venue itself has a grassy flat garden. Please let us know if you need adjustments on your RSVP, so we can plan for it.
Email us or message Kimberley or Alexander on WhatsApp — we’d rather answer twelve small questions than have you worrying!
